Steelers Re-Sign LB Steven Johnson

The Pittsburgh Steelers officially re-signed LB Steven Johnson on Monday.

Johnson, 28, wound up signing on with the Broncos back in 2012. He spent three years in Denver before he was among their final roster cuts at the start of the 2015 season.

The Titans elected to claim him off of waivers and he finished out the year in Tennessee. Johnson later signed a one-year, $840,000 contract with the Steelers as an unrestricted free agent during the offseason.

Unfortunately, the Steelers cut him loose this past weekend.

In 2015, Johnson appeared in all 16 games for the Titans and recorded seven tackles and two fumble recoveries.
