Terry McCormick of 247Sports spoke to Titans CEO Tommy Smith Sunday regarding the future of GM Ruston Webster and HC Ken Whisenhunt.
According to McCormick, Smith answered “yes” when asked if the plan was to still bring back the duo next season.
Earlier in the day, Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reported that a general manager change is possible in Tennessee.
La Canfora added that Titans personnel executive Lake Dawson could be an internal candidate if a move were made.
Smith previously announced Webster and Whisenhunt would be retained, but the team has finished so poorly this season that it would be shocking to see someone lose their job for the poor play.
The Titans officially secured the No. 2 overall pick this year.
