  • Ian Rapoport reports that the Titans and Ken Whisenhunt have mutual interest as he’s a former Vanderbilt coach.
    • Rapoport adds that Whisenhunt is comfortable with the team’s front office and the city of Nashville.
    • Chris McCosky mentions that the Whisenhunt’s reported interest in the Titans job “smells of leverage plays by agents.

    • According to Wyatt, the Titans question marks at quarterback could impact their chances of landing Whisenhunt as their next head coach.

  • ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Chargers OC Ken Whisenhunt is scheduled to interview with the Titans Friday.

The Browns would be smart to target Whisenhunt but they are the Browns, if they were smart they would have kept Chudzinski, he was a good coach, they traded Trent Richardson and had NOBODY at quarterback. I am not a huge Lovie Smith fan but I think he was a good hire for Tampa Bay and bringing Leslie Frazier there is a good move. If the Bucs can trade up and get Jadevon Clowney he could be a beast under Frazier and Smith.
