Titans Sign WR Darius Jennings To Practice Squad, Release WR C.J. Board

The Tennessee Titans announced Tuesday that they’ve signed WR Darius Jennings to their practice squad and released WR C.J. Board from the unit.

The Titans’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. NT Antwaun Woods
  2. RB Khalfani Muhammad
  3. S Denzel Johnson
  4. TE Tim Semisch
  5. OL Cody Wichmann
  6. WR Zach Pascal
  7. LB Josh Carraway
  8. DE Julius Warmsley
  9. G Tyler Marz
  10. WR Darius Jennings

Jennings, 25, originally signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2015. He lasted over a year in Cleveland before he was waived in October of last year and later signed to the Bears’ practice squad.

Jennings later caught on with the Jets and returned to New York on a future/reserve contract. However, he was cut loose this past offseason.

The Titans later signed Jennings to their practice squad before promoting him to their active roster a few weeks into the regular season. Unfortunately, the Titans waived him last weekend.

In 2015, Jennings appeared in four games for the Browns and caught 14 passes for 117 yards receiving and no touchdowns. He also contributed 158 kick return yards.
