Vikings Waive LBs Terrance Plummer & Alex Singleton

The Minnesota Vikings announced Wednesday that they’ve placed linebackers Terrance Plummer and Alex Singleton on waivers.

Plummer, 22, wound up signing on wit the Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of UCF in May of last year. He was one and off of the Redskins’ practice squad before the Vikings later added him to their taxi squad and eventually signed him to a future/reserve contract in January.

In 2015, Plummer was active for three games and recorded a single tackle.

Singleton, 22, wound up signing on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Montana State shortly after this year’s NFL draft. However, he was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but later signed on to the Patriots’ practice squad a few days into the season.

After just a week in New England, Singleton signed on to the Seahawks’ practice squad in November.

During the preseason, Singleton recorded nine tackles over the course of four games.
