Bills Cut LB Ramon Humber, Promote WR Robert Foster

According to Mike Rodak, the Bills have released LB Ramon Humber from their active roster and promoted WR Robert Foster in a corresponding roster move.

Humber, 31, originally signed on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of North Dakota State back in 2009. He lasted just over a year in Indianapolis before signing on with the Saints during the 2012 season.

Humber was in the final year of his two-year, $2.085 million contract when he was cut loose in 2016 and later signed by the Patriots. After being released during the preseason, Humber caught on with the Bills and returned to Buffalo last year on a one-year, $900,000 deal.

The Bills re-signed him to a one-year, $1.005 million contract back in March.

In 2018, Humber has appeared in eight games and recorded nine total tackles and no sacks.
