Broncos Cut 14 Players Including QB Zac Dysert & ILB Reggie Walker

The Denver Broncos have reduced their roster down to 75 players before today’s deadline by placing TE Dan Light, LB Danny Mason and WR Nathan Palmerper Jeff Legwold.

The Denver Broncos announced Monday that they’ve parted ways with 11 players, as they trim their roster down to 75 players before tomorrow’s deadline.

The list of players either released or placed on waivers includes:

The Broncos also placed TE Jeff Heuerman on season-ending injured reserve to free up another roster spot.

Dysert, 25, is a former seventh round pick of the Broncos back in 2013. He was placed on waivers by the Broncos at the start of the 2014 season, but they later added him to their practice squad, so there’s a chance he could return to the team’s taxi squad in 2015.

Dysert has yet to appear in an NFL game.

Walker, 28, originally signed on with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2009. He spent four years in Arizona before he was waived at the start of the 2013 season. Walker played a few years for the Chargers before signing a one-year deal with the Broncos back in March.
