Buccaneers Release DE Will Clarke

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers officially released DE Will Clarke from their roster on Tuesday.

Clarke, 27, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals back in 2014. He was in the final year of his four-year, $2,820,380 contract and set to make a base salary of $700,000 when the Bengals elected to cut him loose last year as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.

The Buccaneers later signed Clake to a contract at the start of the season and brought him back on a new contract this past March. Clake was released last month before being re-signed a soon after.

In 2018, Clarke appeared in three games for the Buccaneers but hasn’t recorded a statistic.
