Cardinals Promote P Ryan Winslow, Waive TE Darrell Daniels

According to Darren Urban, the Cardinals have promoted P Ryan Winslow from their practice squad to the active roster and waived TE Darrell Daniels in a corresponding roster move.

Urban points out that Cardinals P Andy Lee missed practice this week due to a hip flexor strain and was listed as questionable for Week 4, so Arizona is clearly preparing to be without him.

Winslow, 25, originally signed on with the Bears as an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburgh back in May of last year. He was among Chicago’s final roster cuts coming out of the preseason of 2018.

He signed a one-year contract with the Cardinals back in May but was cut, once again, following the preseason. Arizona re-signed Winslow to their practice squad a few weeks later.

During his college career, Winslow recorded 226 punt attepts for 9,513 yards accumulated and an average of 42.1 yards per punt.
