Cardinals Sign DL Javier Edwards To Practice Squad

The Arizona Cardinals announced Wednesday that they’ve signed DL Javier Edwards to their practice squad.

11. DL Javier Edwards

Edwards, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Colorado back in May before signing a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Texans. Houston waived him coming out of the preseason and he later had a brief stint on their practice squad.

During his college career at Colorado, Edwards recorded 29 tackles, 2.5 sacks and a forced fumble over the course of two seasons and 22 games.
