Chiefs Waive CB DeMarcus Van Dyke With Injury Settlement

Rand Getlin of Yahoo Sports reports that the Kansas City Chiefs have waived CB DeMarcus Van Dyke with an injury settlement.

There has already been plenty of news regarding the Chiefs today as they signed WR Armon Binns to their practice squad and brought in defensive ends including Jerel Worthy for tryouts.

Van Dyke, 25, was waive/injured last week, so this move shouldn’t come as a complete surprise. Last year, he appeared in two games and recorded a single tackle.

Van Dyke is a former third-round pick of the Steelers back in 2011.
