Cowboys Will Have A Hard Time Retaining WR Laurent Robinson

Cowboys WR Laurent Robinson will draft plenty of interest in the coming weeks as he’s set to hit the free agent market after putting together a great season in Dallas. Robinson led the team in touchdown with 11 and managed to accomplish this in during a team game stretch.

Robinson agent Harold Lewis mentioned that retaining him won’t be easy for the Cowboys.

He’s got the age, height, speed and people can see what he can do,” said Lewis, via ESPN Dallas.

Robinson has said previously that he would like to return to the Cowboys next season but it will be tough for the Cowboys to keep him when the offers start coming in.

We think the receiver position is a strength for us,” said Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. “We’ve got a couple of young guys that we’re proud of, too. I’m really appreciative of what [Robinson] brought to us this year. He had a real outstanding year.”
