Giants Waive DE Jeremiah Harris From Injured Reserve With Settlement

The New York Giants officially waived DE Jeremiah Harris from injured reserve with a settlement on Thursday.

Harris wound up going undrafted out of Eastern Michigan back in April. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Giants.

However, New York waived Harris with an injury designation earlier in the week and he later reverted to their injured reserve list after clearing waivers.

During his five-year college career at EMU, Harris recorded 216 tackles, 16 sacks, three interceptions, seven forced fumbles, five recoveries and nine pass defenses over the course of 50 games.
