Jaguars Sign OL Greg Van Roten

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Monday that they’ve signed OL Greg Van Roten to a contract.

Van Roten, 27, originally signed on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Pennsylvania back in 2012. He was, unfortunately, released coming out of the preseason but later signed on to the Packers’ practice squad.

Green Bay cut Van Roten loose a few years later and he later signed a future/reserve contract with the Seahawks. Seattle parted ways with him in the final week of the 2014 preseason and he hasn’t caught on with another team until now.

For his career, Van Roten has appeared in 10 total games.
