Jaguars Waive TE DeAndre Goolsby From Injured Reserve

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Thursday that they’ve waived TE DeAndre Goolsby from injured reserve.

Goolsby, 22, wound up signing on with the Lions as an undrafted free agent out of Florida back in May. He agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract but was, unfortunately, waived a few weeks later.

The Jaguars signed Goolsby in late July and later waived him with an injury designation coming out of the preseason. After clearing waivers, Goolsby reverted to the team’s injured reserve list.

During his college career at Florida, Goolsby caught 68 passes for 724 yards receiving and five touchdowns over the course of 27 games and three seasons.
