The New York Jets have officially placed WR/KR Brisly Estime on the injured reserve list after he passed through waivers unclaimed on Monday.
Estime wound up signing on with the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Syracuse shortly after this year’s NFL draft. The Jets elected to waive him with an injury designation last Thursday.
During his four-year college career, Estime caught 103 passes for 1,208 yards receiving and seven touchdowns over the course of 36 games. He also contributed 956 kick return yards and another 739 punt return yards and two touchdowns on special teams.
