Panthers

  • According to ESPN’s David Newton, the Panthers’ interview with Patriots OC Josh McDaniels will likely remain scheduled for Friday.
  • Carolina will reportedly interview Baylor HC Matt Rhule on Monday, interim HC Perry Fewell on Wednesday and Vikings OC Kevin Stefanski on Thursday.

Saints

Following Sunday’s game, Saints QB Drew Brees declined to discuss his future.

“I’m not making any comments on that, other than, you know, I’ve told you guys this for the last couple years, I’ve always just taken it one year at a time and kind of reevaluate each offseason, and find the things I want to get better at, and move on,” Brees said, via Pro Football Talk.

Brees is in line to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

  • According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, Brees still wants to remain with the Saints in 2020.
