NFL Notes: Broncos, Colts, & Giants

Broncos

• The Broncos started QB Trevor Siemian ahead of first-round QB Paxton Lynch for Saturday’s preseason game, while Mark Sanchez appeared for the third team. (James Palmer)

Colts

• The Colts announced that CB Darius Butler was pulled from Saturday’s preseason game with an ankle injury, but it’s severity has yet to be determined.
• Colts LG Jack Mewhort left Saturday’s game with a knee injury.

Giants

• The Giants announced that LB Jonathan Casillas sustained a rib injury and will undergo x-rays to determine it’s severity.
• The Giants also announced that CB Leon Hall sustained a concussion during Saturday’s game.
• Giants’ fourth-round LB B.J. Goodson also suffered a concussion on Saturday.
