Draft

  • Ian Rapoport spoke with two high-level evaluators about LSU RB Leonard Fournette, who announced that he’ll be entering the 2017 draft on Monday, and both said they believe he’ll be better than Rams RB Todd Gurley.
  • Michigan State DL Malik McDowell announced via his Twitter account that he’s entering the 2017 draft class.

Cowboys

  • Cowboys owner Jerry Jones mentioned Tuesday they have no plans to rest their starters even if they clinch the No. 1 seed in the coming weeks. (Charean Williams)

Giants

  • Mike Garafolo reports that Giants DE Jason Pierre-Paul is in Philadelphia Tuesday to see noted surgeon William Meyers regarding his groin injury.
  • Garafolo adds that Pierre-Paul visiting with Meyers doesn’t necessarily mean surgery.

Jets

  • Aaron Wilson reports that the Jets are bringing in long snapper Zac Triner for a workout on Tuesday.
