Bears

• The Chicago Bears hosted WR Kyle Prater visit for a visit on Tuesday, according to Aaron Wilson.

Buccaneers

• Aaron Wilson reports that the Buccaneers worked out LB Willie Jefferson, DB Garry Peters, DE Glenn Foster, DE Nordly Capi, and DB De’Vante Bausby.

Eagles

• Eagles HC Chip Kelly was asked whether the rumors of him returning to a college head coaching position affected him or the Eagles: “No, because false things usually don’t affect me.” (Albert Breer)
• Kelly added: “I don’t have a situation. I haven’t talked to any school since I’ve been here.” (Albert Breer)
• Regarding the report that RB DeMarco Murray met with team owner Jeffery Lurie about his role in the team’s offense, Kelly explained: “He didn’t have a meeting with (Lurie). He just happened to be sitting next to him on the plane. It wasn’t orchestrated.” (Albert Breer)
