Packers Interviewing Saints Asst. HC Dan Campbell On Saturday

According to Tom Pelissero, the Packers will travel to New Orleans to interview Saints assistant HC/TEs coach Dan Campbell on Saturday.

The list of reported interviews for the Packers includes:

4. Patriots OC Josh McDaniels (Scheduled)
5. Patriots DC Brian Flores (Requested)
6. Saints assistant HC/TEs coach Dan Campbell (Scheduled)
7. Steelers OL Coach Mike Munchak (Requested)
8. Titans OC Matt LaFluer (Requested)

Cambell interviewed for a few jobs last year including Colts’ head coach job and the Vikings’ offensive coordinator position.

Campbell, 42, is a former third-round pick of the Giants back in 1999. He played 11 seasons for the Giants, Cowboys, Lions and Saints.

Campbell began his coaching career with the Dolphins as an interim in 2010 and actually took over for Joe Philbin as the team’s interim head coach. The Saints hired him a year later as their assistant head coach/TEs coach.
