The Raiders announced on Monday they have signed UDFA rookie WR Anthony Ratliff-Williams to the practice squad.
Oakland also released RB Damarea Crockett from the practice squad and re-signed RB James Butler.

Ratliff-Williams, 22, signed with the Titans as an undrafted free agent following the 2019 NFL Draft. He signed a three-year deal but was waived by Tennessee coming out of the preseason.
During his four-year college career, Ratliff-Williams caught 80 passes for 1,340 yards and eight touchdowns. He also had 14 carries for 74 yards and a touchdown in 32 career games.
