Rams Sign QB Dan Orlovsky To One-Year Deal

The Los Angeles Rams have signed veteran QB Dan Orlovsky to a one-year contract on Thursday, according to Jason Romano.

Orlovsky, 33, is a former fifth-round pick of the Lions back in 2005. He spent four years in Detroit before having brief stints with the Texans, Colts and Buccaneers.

Orlovsky returned to the Lions in 2014 has spent the past three years as Stafford’s backup.

In 2015, Orlovsky appeared in three games and threw for 201 yards while completing 55 percent of his passes to go along with one touchdown and an interception.
