Ravens Fourth-Rd G Nico Siragusa Suffers Torn ACL, MCL & PCL

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Ravens fourth-round G Nico Siragusa suffered a torn ACL, MCL and PCL on Tuesday.

This is a devasting injury for Siragusa and will likely require an extended recovery period while he works his way back. The Ravens will likely place him on injured reserve in the coming days and someone to their roster.

Jeff Zrebiec points out that the Ravens have already lost seven players for the season since June 1.

Siragusa, 23, was taken in the fourth round of this year’s NFL draft. He signed a four-year, $3.02 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the next two years.

During his college career at San Diego State, Siragusa was a three-year starter at left guard and was a first-team All-Mountain West as a junior and senior.
