Ravens Targeting A WR In The First Round?

Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun reports that Ravens are expected to “seriously consider” taking a wide receiver in the first round “if the right guy is there.”

Zrebiec specifically mentions Georgia Tech’s Stephen Hill and LSU’s Rueben Randle as two players that Baltimore could be targeting at #29 overall.

The Ravens have made it pretty clear that they’re looking to find another receiver at some point during the offseason, and the draft makes the most sense at this point in time. Baltimore could move Anquan Boldin to the slot and find a more effective receiver to play across from Torrey Smith.

You’d have to think that Rueben Randle would be the favorite in this scenario.
