Seahawks Waive RB Demitrius Bronson From I.R.

The Seattle Seahawks waived RB Demitrius Bronson from the injured reserve list on Wednesday, according to the NFL Transactions release.

Bronson, 25, signed with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Eastern Washington back in June. Seattle wound up cutting him as they worked to get down to 75 players last year.

The Seahawks later signed him to a future/reserve contract in February.

According to OverTheCap.com, releasing Bronson will free up $318,000 in available cap space while creating no dead money.

During his four-year college career, Bronson ran for 689 yards on 197 carries (3.5 YPC) while contributing eight receptions for 51 yards receiving and 14 totals touchdowns.
