Titans Sign WR Donte Foster, Waive/Injured OL Josue Matias

The Tennessee Titans announced that they’ve signed wide receivers Donte Foster and Jarrod West to contracts on Wednesday and waived OL Josue Matias with an injury designation.

• The Titans also activated second-round OLB Kevin Dodd from the active/PUP list.

Should Matias clear waivers tomorrow, he would revert to the team’s injured reserve list.

Foster, 25, wound up signing on with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Ohio back in 2014. He spent over a year in Minnesota, mainly on their practice squad, before he was cut loose back in October of last year.

After a short stint with the Chargers, the Cowboys signed him to their practice squad and later brought him back on a future/reserve contract. However, he was cut loose in early March.

Foster has yet to appear in an NFL game.
