Ian Rapoport reports that the 49ers are trading CB Rashard Robinson to the Jets.

New York could use some help at cornerback, considering that Buster Skrine (concussion) and Morris Claiborne (foot) are both dealing with injuries.
Robinson, 22, is a former fourth-round pick of the 49ers back in 2016. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $2.72 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $540,000 and $630,000 over the next two years of the agreement.
In 2017, Robinson has appeared in eight games and recorded 27 tackles, one interception, a forced fumble and seven pass defenses.
