AFC Notes: Chargers, Raiders, Ravens, Texans

Chargers

• The Los Angeles Chargers officially ruled out rookie WR Mike Williams (knee) for Week 13’s game and have CB Casey Hayward, DL Corey Liuget, and K Nick Novak all down as being questionable.
• Chargers HC Anthony Lynn told reporters on Friday that they are not considering placing Williams on injured reserve: “I don’t think his injury is that significant. It’s something he can improve on and get better.” (Jack Wang)

Raiders

• The Oakland Raiders officially ruled out WR Amari Cooper (concussion, ankle) for Sunday’s game against the Giants.
• Oakland also has WR Cordarrelle Patterson (hip), CB David Amerson (foot) LB Cory James (knee) and RG Gabe Jackson (ankle) all down as being questionable for Week 13.

Ravens

• The Baltimore Ravens announced Friday that they’ve officially ruled out OT Jermaine Eluemunor (shoulder) for Week 13’s game.
• Baltimore lists CB Jimmy Smith (Achilles), MLB C.J. Mosley (ankle), OT Ronnie Stanley (knee), CB Marlon Humphrey (hamstring) and RB Alex Collins (calf) all as questionable for Sunday.

Texans

• The Houston Texans officially ruled out OT Julién Davenport (shoulder), WR Will Fuller (ribs) and OLB Brennan Scarlett (foot) for Week 13.
• Texans HC Bill O’Brien did, however, tell reports on Friday that he does expect Fuller to play again this season. (Aaron Wilson)
