Cowboys

Albert Breer reports that the Cowboys are hosting UCLA OL Kolton Miller, Alabama WR Calvin Ridley, LB Rashaan Evans, Alabama DL Da’Ron Payne, Washington DL Vita Vea, Iowa OL James Daniels, Maryland WR D.J. Moore, Florida DL Taven Bryan and Boston College DE Harold Landry for pre-draft visits this week.
S.C. State LB Darius Leonard, West Georgia OT Desmond Harrison and Florida WR Antonio Callaway will visit with the Cowboys this week. (Josh Norris)

Giants

ESPN’s Adam Schefter mentioned recently during an appearance on “Ross Tucker Football Podcast” that the talk of a potential Odell Beckham Jr. trade is “absolutely real.”

“I think it’s absolutely real. I think it’s very real,” Schefter said, via NinersNation.com. “The prospect, the idea of Odell getting traded. Look, think about everything that transpired during the week at the owners’ meetings. You had the owner of the Giants coming out and say he was not pleased with Odell Beckham Jr, that nobody on the roster is untouchable. You had the GM Dave Gettleman come over and say, basically, when they asked him if he could assure them Odell Beckham Jr. was going to be on the roster next year, he never was willing to do that. You had the head coach saying Odell’s on the team right now. And you can say the quote was taken out of context, that’s fine, but he still said it. And then, you know they’ve been asking for two first-roundd draft picks in return. And then you know the fact that they either have to pay him like the wide receivers from Odell Beckham Jr.’s draft class have been paid; Mike Evans? Sammy Watkins? They have been paid. Odell hasn’t. The Giants have to pay him or trade him. You’re talking about a GM who wants things done his way. He wants the culture a certain way. Already traded Jason Pierre Paul. Same guy who pulled the franchise tag on Josh Norman. I’m just saying, they may have to keep him. They may. Does all this smoke tell you something?”

Matt Lombardo of NJ.com writes that if the Giants are to sign WR Odell Beckham Jr to a long-term extension, the contract could end up being a four-year deal worth between $83-86 million in total and include $50 million guaranteed.
Lombardo adds that the Giants could pay Beckham Jr a $9 million signing bonus but include a team option for the fifth year of the agreement.

Redskins

Redskins coach Jay Gruden said TE Jordan Reed had a “procedure done on his toes” and “hopefully we’ll see a 100-percent healthy Jordan by training camp.” (John Keim)
Ben Standig of TheSportsCapitol.com reports that the Redskins have pre-draft meetings set up with Florida State pass rusher Josh Sweat and Ohio State OL Billy Price.
According to Standig, the Redskins will also meet with Alabama DL Da’Ron Payne.
