The Los Angeles Rams announced that they have waived RB John Kelly from their active roster.
This is a corresponding move to WR Nsimba Webster being promoted from their practice squad earlier today.

Kelly, 23, is a former sixth-round pick by the Rams out of Tennessee in the 2018 NFL Draft. He signed a four-year, $2.6 million contract and was able to make Los Angeles’ active roster his rookie season.
He was among the Rams’ final roster cuts this preseason but was promoted from their practice squad last month.
In 2019, Kelly has appeared in three games and recorded three rushing attempts for nine yards (3.0 YPC) and no touchdowns.
